Job summary

Aurora Energy Research in Oxford is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer to join the Internal Technology Engineering Team. You will own design, delivery, and governance of Microsoft 365 services across Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and related identity and network services.

Reporting to Architecture and Engineering, you will drive projects, SOPs, documentation, and knowledge articles while collaborating with business users to improve employee

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with design and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience with Entra ID and Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Ability to own and deliver large, complex technical projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation and reporting.
• Comfortable contributing to backlog stories and delivering defined backlog items with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrable experience creating and maintaining knowledge articles, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
