Job summary

Rebecca Udall is a luxury brand crafting fine linens and homeware. A commercially sharp Merchandiser is sought to own stock planning, monitor performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

You will collaborate with the Founder, Product, Marketing & eCommerce, and Operations to influence range, pricing, stock and investment decisions while building scalable processes as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at Merchandiser level in homeware/fashion.
• Strong Excel with experience in WSSI, OTB, range planning and margin analysis.
• Commercial mindset with data-driven conclusions and actions.
• Independent worker with ownership of deliverables.
• Experience with international suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing business with evolving processes.
• Shopify Plus and ERP systems experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly trade reporting with KPIs and product-level analysis.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities and recommend actions.
• Highlight slow movers, stock cover issues and opportunities early.
• Maintain category, product, age and margin classifications.
• Own and maintain WSSI, review against plan and reforecast as needed.
• Plan stock by category and manage OTB and stock cover.
• Coordinate with Buying and Product teams on stock requirements.
• Agree launch dates and sales expectations with the product team.
• Maintain linecards for continuity products.
• Align top-down plans with bottom-up product requirements.
• Monitor intake from order to delivery and flag risks.
• Balance supplier MOQs and lead times with demand.
• Provide data-led input in supplier discussions on cost and margin.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Marketing, and eCommerce to reflect availability.
• Communicate performance and recommendations clearly to non-merch stakeholders.
• Develop junior merchandising support and improve processes.
