Job summary

Trusted Supply, a London-based construction specialist, is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to oversee building services across multiple projects.

You will lead a team of Technical Services Managers from assistant to senior levels, ensuring design integration, MEP delivery, testing, commissioning and handover, while coordinating with clients and consultants. This role offers exposure to high-profile fit-out and refurbishment schemes with competitive remuneration and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP coordination on complex refurbishment projects.
• Strong team leadership and performance management skills.
• Proficiency with BIM clash detection and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP strategy, coordination, and delivery on complex refurbishment projects.
• Manage design integration with architectural/structural elements; oversee clash detection and spatial coordination (BIM).
• Oversee MEP subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety and compliance with UK Building Regulations.
• Coordinate procurement and installation of mechanical, electrical, and public health services in live environments.
• Plan and oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of all building services systems.
• Act as the key interface between design consultants, site teams, and client stakeholders.
• Mitigate technical risks relating to existing services and retained elements.
