M&E Main Contracting in West London is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead delivery of all Mechanical and Electrical packages on a prestigious £50m refurbishment project. You will coordinate design information, supervise subcontractors and consultants, and work with the project team to ensure design intent is achieved on time and to budget.

The role demands a technically proficient professional with strong stakeholder management and refurbishment experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager or Building Services Manager with a Main Contractor.
• Strong track record delivering M&E packages on refurbishment projects.
• Electrically biased background preferred.
• Excellent technical knowledge of building services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of all Mechanical & Electrical packages.
• Manage M&E subcontractors and consultant teams.
• Coordinate technical design information and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Drive programme, quality, and commissioning activities.
• Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings throughout the project lifecycle.
