Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior MEP Revit Technician for contract roles across the Northwest (Central Manchester, South Manchester, North Manchester, Warrington & Liverpool). You will manage CAD and Revit drawings on time to specification, liaising with engineers and other professionals to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to clients' high standards.

The position requires Revit qualifications, 3–5 years in Building Services, at least two years with Revit MEP, and strong

Qualifications

Hold qualifications for Revit.
3-5 years background in Building Services.
At least two years of experience using Revit MEP.
Conversive with MS packages.
Strong knowledge of BIM and relevant design software.
Proven track record of deliverance of projects.
Engage with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure mutual understanding of project requirements.

Responsibilities

Complete all CAD and Revit drawings on time and up to specification.
Liaise with professionals inside and outside the business to ensure project delivery.
