Job summary

GagaMuller is hiring a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to support a major 210MW hyperscale data centre campus in London. You will manage commercial aspects across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and building services, ensuring value delivery and strong client relationships from day one.

You will collaborate with Client teams, Project Managers, Contractors, and BIM/Design teams to govern costs, risk, and procurement, driving cost optimisation and governance across the project

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of MEP work packages from procurement through to final account settlement.
• Prepare and review cost plans, estimates, benchmarking exercises, forecasts, and commercial reports.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Review contractor valuations, applications for payment, and commercial submissions.
• Support procurement activities including tender documentation, evaluations, negotiations, and recommendations.
