Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex M&E projects in Leeds. You will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholders, coordinating general contractors and consultants to deliver on time and to specification.

The role requires a strong background in MEP/building services, contract management, and BIM experience. PRINCE2/APM/PMP qualifications are a plus, with a focus on leadership and proactive problem-solving across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years leading MEP/building services projects
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources
Contract management experience and coordination with vendors/consultants
Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders and meticulous attention to detail
Desirable: PRINCE2, APM, or PMP qualifications; BIM experience

Responsibilities

Oversee costs, schedules, and budgets; lead contractors and consultants; ensure value for money
Lead client meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement with clear updates
Oversee MEP design, installation, and commissioning per specifications and regulations
Review technical docs, drawings and BIM data for quality and accuracy
Identify and mitigate risks and mentor project team members
