Job summary

Cunningham is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to steer technical direction for building services across mission critical projects. You will oversee from preconstruction through handover, ensuring seamless integration with architecture, structure and civil works.

This role reports to the Construction Director and is based at HQ Newry with travel to Ireland and EU projects. The ideal candidate will have senior MEP or data centre experience, professional qualifications in building services, and

Qualifications

• Senior MEP or building services experience in mission critical/data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems (design, install, commission).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Delivery of integrated MEP solutions across large-scale projects from preconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for MEP engineering and building services within mission critical division.
• Oversee design, installation, commissioning and handover across multiple projects.
• Ensure MEP integration with structural, architectural and civil disciplines.
