Job summary

YTL Construction UK is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of MEP works for major Bristol projects, including the redevelopment of Brabazon Hangars into a premier entertainment venue. You will manage a team of engineers, oversee safety, quality and schedule, and coordinate with design consultants and subcontractors to ensure seamless handover.

The role requires strong leadership, UK building regulation knowledge, and a track record of delivering high-value

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering MEP on large-scale projects.
• CSCS Manager card and SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification.
• Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience reading MEP drawings and coordinating with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of MEP construction works on assigned projects.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, on-time, cost-effective delivery from pre-construction to handover.
• Lead MEP planning, sequencing and coordination across trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, ELV).
• Coordinate with project management, consultants, subcontractors and wider delivery team.
• Ensure compliance with design intent, UK Building Regulations and client specifications.
