Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading MEP design on complex construction projects.
• Strong pre-construction and technical risk experience.
• Chartered or Incorporated status (or working towards it) with CIBSE, IET or IMechE.

• Review and challenge designs for practicality, coordination and compliance.
• Identify technical risks early and develop clear solutions.
