Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead high-value MEP fit-out projects across London. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and a track record in MEP subcontracting, delivering projects safely on time and within budget.

You will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, and drive procurement, cost control and risk management while ensuring full coordination of mechanical and electrical installations across CAT A/B fit-outs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Senior Project Manager within an M&E/MEP environment.
• Strong background in commercial fit-out projects, ideally CAT A and CAT B.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading project delivery teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, including variations, cost reporting and contractual management.
• Track record of delivering complex building services projects safely, on programme and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple MEP fit-out projects across London.
• Manage project teams, Project Managers and site management personnel.
• Take responsibility for programme, quality, health and safety and commercial performance.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor appointments, variations and cost control.
• Ensure mechanical and electrical installations are fully coordinated and delivered to specification.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical and operational issues, and maintain contractual requirements.
• Drive commissioning, quality assurance and successful project handovers.
• Identify commercial opportunities, mitigate project risks and support business growth.
