Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) to deliver MEP services on high-profile commercial fit-out schemes in London. You will work closely with the project management team to coordinate installations from design through to handover.

The role focuses on coordinating MEP installations, managing subcontractors, reviewing drawings and specifications, monitoring quality and programme deadlines, and supporting testing, commissioning and snagging to

Qualifications

Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
Experience as a Project Engineer within building services.
Experience on commercial fit-out projects is highly desirable.
Strong technical coordination and subcontractor management skills.
Good understanding of MEP installations, quality control and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Coordinating MEP installations from design through to completion.
Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
Coordinating services with ceilings, partitions, lighting and architectural finishes.
Monitoring quality, progress and programme deadlines.
Supporting testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
Resolving technical issues and ensuring installations meet project requirements.
