Job summary

Crown House Technologies is seeking a permanent Senior MEP Commercial Manager for a major Hinkley Point C package in Bridgwater. The role leads commercial activities for a GBP 175 million MEP package, overseeing expenditure, cash flow and contract claims with project leaders and the supply chain.

Applicants should have senior commercial experience on complex MEP packages, NEC knowledge, and a degree in quantity surveying or commercial management.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial experience on complex MEP packages.
• Experience with NEC contracts and regulated sectors (nuclear/energy).
• Degree in quantity surveying or commercial management; RICS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee live MEP package commercial performance, expenditure and cash flow.
• Handle valuations, payments, final accounts and variations.
• Monitor costs, risks and reporting; develop colleagues.
