Job summary

Navartis Ltd. seeks a Senior Building Services Manager to lead a team overseeing the management and coordination of complex MEP design and build subcontract packages across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and accommodation projects.

You will liaise with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure budget control, safety compliance, and high-quality installations during the construction phase, with extensive experience in NEC contracts preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing complex MEP design and build packages.
• Strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with NEC contracts or similar frameworks.
• Budget control and safety compliance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Review installation plans and coordinate building services to meet client needs.
• Manage installation, testing and maintenance of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ensure systems meet VINCI Building standards, regulations and safety codes.
• Lead teams, supervise subcontractors and manage budgets.
