Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of care certificate
• Degree in a healthcare related subject

Responsibilities

• Completing Brief Intervention sessions with service users
• Assisting with mental health assessments and follow up referrals
• Maintaining a caseload under supervision
• Documenting contacts accurately within the electronic patient record
