Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Healthcare Support Worker for the Francis Willis Unit, Lincolnshire. The role involves delivering compassionate care to adults with severe mental illness in a low secure setting and working within a multi-disciplinary team.

Applicants must be able to work unsociable hours, including nights and weekends. Right to work in the UK is required, with sponsorship not available.
