Job summary

The Warrington Recovery Team within Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Nurse Practitioner on a 36-hour week, with a preceptorship route to Band 6 for B5 holders. The role focuses on delivering NICE guidance interventions for adults with significant mental health needs, in a multidisciplinary setting.

You'll work from Wakefield House, liaising with carers, families and partner agencies, and supervise staff while managing a defined caseload.

Qualifications

• Degree-level professional qualification or RMN registration.
• Post-registration CPD or mentorship in practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NICE guidance interventions to adults with significant or complex mental health needs.
• Provide care, treatment and support as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Act as duty practitioner.
• Liaise with other services and partner agencies.
• Work with carers and families to achieve best outcomes.
