Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in Warrington is recruiting a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner for the Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub). The role is 36 hours per week and open to B5 staff through Preceptorship to B6.

In this post you will provide NICE guidance interventions, work within an MDT, liaise with carers and families and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for service users with significant mental health needs. Flexible working requests will be considered.

Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub) are looking to recruit a dedicated, enthusiastic and hard working B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner to come and join our wonderful Team. Please note this post is for 36hrs pw.

We are a highly regarded, well led multi disciplinary service, providing excellent care, treatment and support to adults with significant mental health needs, within the Borough of Warrington.

As a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner in the Team, you will be providing NICE guidance interventions, working as part of an MDT, to provide care, treatment and support, for services users with significant mental health needs. You will work closely with carers and families, and be confident in liaising with our partner agencies, to achieve best outcomes for our service users.

Our office base is Wakefield House and ouroffice hours are currently Mon to Fri 9-5.

As a B6 SNP in the Team, you will work as part of an MDT, to provide care, treatment and support, for services users with complex mental health needs, providing specific NICE guidance interventions.

The role of Duty practitioner will require you to liaise with other services and work closely with carers and families, alongside our wider partner agencies, to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.

The Team has a strong value base, centred on caring and commitment. You will receive ongoing clinical and management supervision and have opportunities for CPD as part of this role.

£113,565 - £150,569 per annum, plus 7.5% R&R (non contractual) and 1% on call
