Our CMHT in Central Norfolk is seeking dedicated Senior Registered Mental Health Practitioner to join their existing team.

Ideally, you'll have experience and skills working within the community. Our dedicated team is compassionate and responsive, with processes in place to review work, develop good practices, enhance therapeutic skills, and support staff development.

As a registered practitioner within CMHT, you will:
Your responsibilities include undertaking assessments, working collaboratively with families and agencies, managing a caseload, and undertaking duty.
You will receive regular clinical and management supervision focused on reflective practice. We believe in team and individual development and provide a full induction, extensive training, and career development opportunities.

This role requires a DBS check due to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
Salary: £37,338 to £44,962 per annum gross.
