Join us to apply for the Senior Mental Health Practitioner role at Islet Systems.

Come and join us in Child Family Health Devon (CFHD) to improve the lives of young people! We have developed an innovative, integrated model of children's community services and are looking to appoint enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly and dedicated locality and county-wide professional teams.

As a large community service, you will be part of a supportive group of professionals, providing a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and support.

We are advertising for Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioners across the county, interested in supporting our new pathway model within the Neurodiversity Pathway. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape an innovative care pathway for children and young people with neurodiversity, playing a key role in the future of mental health support in Devon.

Main duties include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, conducting assessments, providing guidance and training, participating in team meetings, engaging in development opportunities, staying informed on best practices, and maintaining confidential records.
