Practice Plus Group is recruiting a Senior Mental Health Nurse to join the Mental Health team at HMP Leeds, a category B men's prison. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, covering day shifts across seven days, with no nights and occasional weekend activity.
You will assess and manage patients’ mental health needs, work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to our nursing strategy by delivering evidence-based care, listening to feedback, and safeguarding patients.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our Mental Health team at HMP Leeds, a category B men's prison, housing males aged 21+.
37.5 hours a week, covering 7 days, all day shifts (9.5hrs), no nights. Shifts include 8am-6pm and late stop at 9pm which is rote'd monthly. Weekends are spread out over 4-6 weeks, bank holidays included.
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £49,175per annum FTE - depending on experience.
