Job summary

Costello Medical is expanding its MedTech service offering and seeks a Senior Analyst to lead client projects, provide strategic advice and mentor project teams. You’ll work on health economics, value dossiers, and medical communications across devices, diagnostics, imaging and digital health solutions.

You’ll contribute to business development, manage proposals and pitches, and aim to grow long-term client partnerships while delivering high-quality deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1) across biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine, health economics or related fields.
• Experience delivering healthcare consulting projects including HEOR, medical communications, value materials or marketing.
• Ability to provide insightful recommendations to clients on project content and approach.
• Strong scientific writing skills tailored to payers, patients, clients and internal teams.
• Experience leading client communication in written and verbal formats.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English language and numeracy accuracy.
• Experience in data presentation using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead across MedTech projects and ensure high-quality delivery by project teams.
• Own client projects, provide strategic advice and mentor teams to meet timelines.
• Develop cross-divisional MedTech work including health economics, value messaging and market access.
• Support business development, proposals and pitches and grow the client base.
