Qualifications

• Must hold a valid First Aid at Work certificate or be willing to train on appointment.
• Experience in providing first aid and medical support.
• Ability to maintain records and communicate with staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medical Welfare Officer and oversee the Medical Room and First Aiders.
• Ensure training and qualifications up-to-date for all First Aiders.
• Maintain registers of First Aiders and pupil health records.
• Liaise with parents, emergency services, staff and external agencies.
• Administer medications per health plans and school policy.
• Coordinate medical and first aid training for staff.
• Maintain healthcare documentation and MIS records.
