Job summary

Prescient is seeking a Life Sciences Consulting Principal to lead medical strategy projects for global pharma and biotech clients. You will guide evidence strategy, manage delivery teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior medical stakeholders across multiple accounts.

You will drive proposal development and internal initiatives, shaping accounts and growing client relationships while mentoring colleagues and expanding Prescient's capabilities in medical strategy and planning.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking applied to medical strategy and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex medical and evidence strategy projects on time and on budget.
• Oversee research and analysis with strategic implications for clients.
• Own client deliverables end to end and design high-impact workshops.
• Run multiple projects with strong focus on efficiency, profitability and quality.
• Build relationships with senior medical stakeholders across client teams.
• Lead proposals, bids and pitches to win new work.
• Contribute to internal projects to advance Prescient's capabilities.
• Line-manage, coach and develop team members.
