Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification in relevant discipline or demonstration of relevant transferable knowledge and experience.
• Honours degree or demonstration of relevant transferable knowledge and experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional and personal development.
• Management training including budget management, recruitment, appraisal, attendance management, health and safety etc.
• Specialist medical equipment training.

Responsibilities

• Experience of working in multidisciplinary teams and leading equipment-related projects.
• Experience of managing projects (capital or non-capital and equipment related) within larger programmes.
• Extensive experience in medical equipment management and planning with additional specialist equipment training.
• Experience of staff management including performance, appraisal and discipline procedures.
• Experience of monitoring equipment budgets and delivering projects within budget.
