Job summary

The Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking a Medical Equipment Project Manager to lead installation projects across NHS sites in the UK. You will oversee planning, coordination of contractors, estates teams and clinical stakeholders to deliver equipment installations on time and within budget.

The role requires travel across the Midlands and nationwide, with occasional site visits to Derby and other locations, plus a strong focus on safety, compliance and clear reporting to NHS clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical equipment installation, commissioning, servicing or implementation.
• Strong project management across multiple sites/projects.
• Experience with NHS/hospital environments would be highly beneficial.

Medical Equipment Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in medical equipment installation, commissioning or implementation?

We are working with an established organisation looking for a Medical Equipment Project Manager to manage multiple installation projects across NHS sites.

You will need to be in Derby once a week, covering the Midlands with flexibility to travel to other UK locations when required.

The role:

• Managing medical equipment installation projects from planning through to completion


• Coordinating contractors, Estates teams, clinical users and internal stakeholders


• Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and changes


• Attending NHS client meetings and acting as a key point of contact


• Ensuring installations are delivered safely, on time and within budget


• Providing clear project updates, reports and documentation

About you:

• Experience within medical equipment installation, commissioning, servicing or implementation


• Strong Project Management experience, ideally across multiple sites/projects


• Experience working with NHS/hospital environments would be highly beneficial


• Confident working with Estates teams, contractors and clinical stakeholders


• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills


• Comfortable with regular UK travel
