Job summary

Digital Waffle in Chesterfield is seeking a Senior Media Planner / Buyer to take ownership of planning and buying for a varied client portfolio. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and budgets.

You'll negotiate with media owners, analyse performance, and provide clear insights while supporting Account Managers and more junior teammates. Flexible working and a bonus scheme are on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in media planning and buying, ideally agency-side.
• Experience across TV, radio, press, OOH and digital channels.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and buy campaigns across TV, Radio, Press, OOH and Digital.
• Develop multi-channel media strategies aligned to client objectives and budgets.
• Negotiate with media owners and suppliers.
• Manage campaigns from planning through to delivery and reporting.
• Build strong client and media-owner relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide clear insights.
• Support Account Managers and junior team members.
