Job summary

eNL is seeking an experienced Media Litigation Solicitor to join its market-leading Dispute Resolution team in London. The role focuses on defamation, privacy, and reputation management for high-profile clients, handling matters from pre-action strategy through to litigation and ADR.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years PQE, strong drafting and advisory skills, and a proactive approach to business development within a respected international law firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years' PQE in litigation.
• Experience in media litigation or reputation management is advantageous.
• Excellent drafting, communication and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Advise on defamation, privacy, confidentiality, harassment, data protection, reputation management and media crisis response.
• Manage matters from pre-action strategy through to litigation and ADR.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver commercially focused advice and contribute to business development.
