Qualifications

• 4+ PQE with a strong track record in media disputes.
• Experience advising on defamation, privacy and data protection matters.
• Experience handling high-profile disputes and complex litigation.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients across media/entertainment on contentious matters.
• Managing disputes from instruction to resolution across music, publishing, broadcast and digital media.
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence and other litigation documents.
• Advising on litigation strategy, commercial risk and settlements.
• Negotiations, mediation and other dispute resolution processes.
• Exposure to high-profile litigation and senior client contact.
