Senior Media Investment Associate

An opportunity to work with a leading performance marketing agency partnering with ambitious brands to drive measurable growth across channels. Our media investment team blends data, strategy, and strong partner relationships to deliver best-in-class outcomes across TV, audio, and digital media.

Looking for a Senior Media Investment Associate to play a key role in owning media buying and campaign execution across multiple client accounts. This is an opportunity for a strategic, detail-oriented media professional with hands-on buying experience who’s ready to take on more ownership and influence.

What You’ll Do
  • Research, evaluate, and execute media plans across TV, audio, and display
  • Own daily campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy, performance, and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate closely with media partners, vendors, and internal client teams
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation, expansion, and campaign growth
  • Send and track network orders and traffic instructions
  • Support media negotiations and evaluate the value of new media opportunities
  • Stay current on industry trends through publisher meetings and independent research
  • Lead special projects that improve how the media investment team operates
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in a media agency or publisher environment
  • Hands-on media buying experience in linear TV, OTT/CTV, digital audio, and/or display
  • Strong understanding of the media marketplace and key partners
  • Advanced organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with campaign data
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
