Qualifications

• Experience in a media buying/planning role.
• Strong digital media experience (display, content marketing and social media).
• Interest in analysing campaigns to achieve best outcomes.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; persuasive and diplomatic.
• Ability to make sensible decisions under deadlines.
• Can-do attitude with professional standards and self-motivation.
• Proven ability to create outstanding media strategies.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts and projects to retain clients.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; liaises with clients confidently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and buy media; present proposals with timings and cost breakdown.
• Maintain strong client relationships; provide updates and gather feedback.
• Lead end-to-end execution of client projects with internal teams.
• Monitor budgets and provide accurate updates to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
• Understand clients' industries, audiences, and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and technology teams for seamless delivery.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members; share industry knowledge.
• Attend meetings with clients and publishers; share opportunities with teams.
