Job summary

RTL Group Ltd seeks an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead on-site mechanical installation activities at a large residential development in Woking. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure works meet project specifications, quality, and safety standards.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers and trades to drive timely delivery. The role requires proven site supervision experience in residential projects, strong knowledge of building services,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on residential or similar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (plumbing, heating, ventilation and pipework).
• Experience supervising and coordinating mechanical subcontractors and site operatives.
• Ability to monitor progress and meet project specifications and deadlines.
• High standards of quality, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Quality inspections and coordination with other trades.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

• Oversee day-to-day mechanical installation activities on site.
