RTL Group Ltd in Watford is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a commercial project with long-term prospects. You will lead all mechanical site activities, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, and ensure installations meet programme and specifications.

The role requires reading mechanical drawings, strong leadership and a solid health and safety focus, with site liaison across project managers, consultants and other trades. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial projects.
• Strong background in mechanical building services.
• Relevant trade qualifications in mechanical services.
• Valid CSCS card.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• First Aid qualification preferred.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee all mechanical site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure mechanical installations are completed to programme and specification.
• Monitor progress, quality and health and safety compliance.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants and other trades.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
