Responsibilities

• Root-cause mechanical, vacuum, cryogenic and thermal faults on running systems.
• Prioritise issues by their impact on uptime and analyse failed parts to track recurring failure modes.
• Design, prototype and test solutions when a challenge recurs; write assembly and upgrade instructions.
