Job summary

King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead on-site delivery of large-scale mechanical packages. You will oversee plant and equipment, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure materials are available to meet project timelines and budgets.

The role requires extensive experience in mechanical project management with a proven track record on major projects; supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects.
• Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend project start up meetings and manage all mechanical aspects, delivering the project on time and within budget.
• Familiarise yourself with all details and specifications of the project.
• Collaborate with Sub Contractors to ensure on-time delivery and assemble technical submittals.
• Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment and ensure materials are available.
• Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place and implement the commissioning plan on site.
