Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for an award-winning HVAC company with regional offices across the UK. You will manage projects from inception to handover, including site visits, estimations, quotations and supplier negotiations.

The role involves leading a small team, 50% office/home based and 50% site based, with a basic salary of £70,000–£80,000 DOE and a management bonus scheme. Car allowance provided.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years delivering large HVAC projects (AHU, chiller, VRV/VRF).
• Experience leading a team of engineers directly reporting to you.
• Strong communication, organisational and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to handover, including site visits and surveys.
• Prepare estimations, quotations and negotiate/purchase materials.
• Oversee labour, commissioning, client training and O&M handovers.
