Job summary

GH Engage is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery for high-profile MEP projects across the UK. You will take ownership of the mechanical works, guiding site teams to meet programme, quality, safety and commercial targets.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders, and a track record of delivering complex mechanical packages on large-scale developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager in MEP Building Services.
• Track record of delivering mechanical packages on large-scale projects (commercial, data centre, healthcare, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction, programme management, commissioning, QA, and client handover.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site delivery of mechanical works and lead site teams.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders throughout construction lifecycle.
