Job summary

Landmark Projects in London seeks a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead a flagship development in Canary Wharf. You will own a significant mechanical package and guide teams from pre-construction to handover, reporting to the Project Director on progress and performance.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a keen commercial eye to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical Building Services or M&E background.
• Infrastructure and commercial new build experience.
• Proven experience delivering mechanical projects valued at £15M–£20M+.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive project performance.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a significant mechanical package worth £+40M, leading teams from pre-construction through to handover.
• Managing the complete mechanical delivery of a flagship project.
• Leading and mentoring engineering and site teams.
• Reporting directly to the Project Director on progress, programme and performance.
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Driving quality, safety and commercial success throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
