Landmark Projects is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager for a flagship development in Canary Wharf. You will take full ownership of the mechanical package, guiding teams from pre-construction through handover on a high-profile London project.

The role demands a strong track record in delivering multi-million‑pound mechanical schemes, outstanding leadership, and the ability to manage stakeholders across subcontractors, consultants and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large mechanical packages (£15–£20M+) for flagship projects.
• Experience from pre-construction through to handover.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete mechanical delivery of flagship project.
• Lead and mentor engineering and site teams.
• Report to Project Director on progress, programme and performance.
• Build relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Drive quality, safety and commercial success throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
