Dura Mechanical is seeking an experienced Plumbing or Mechanical Supervisor for a first formal project management appointment. You’ll work closely with the director, gradually taking ownership of project delivery, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, and maintaining client relationships across nationwide projects.

We value practical plumbing/mechanical knowledge, safety focus, and the ability to plan labour and materials while overseeing several projects with teams up to 10 engineers each.

Qualifications

• Five years of practical plumbing or mechanical installation experience.
• Experience in supervisory roles and now mainly off the tools.
• Ability to coordinate teams and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and RAMS processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate multiple live projects and sites.
• Manage engineers, subcontractors and trades directly.
• Plan labour, materials, equipment and site requirements.
• Monitor programmes, deadlines and milestones.
• Attend client, contractor and site progress meetings.
• Develop into main day‑to‑day client contact.
• Order materials and monitor stock levels.
• Prepare RAMS and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide clear progress reports and site records.
• Support handover, snagging and final completion.
