Fyba Talent, incorporated is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to lead MEICA activities on water infrastructure projects, from design through commissioning and handover. You will coordinate mechanical engineering across the full lifecycle, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver compliant, on-time solutions.

Applicants should have 5+ years in mechanical project engineering, strong water sector experience, and a relevant degree.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience in a Mechanical Project Engineering role.
• 5 years water sector experience.
• Strong mechanical/MEICA knowledge within water, infrastructure or a similar process industry.
• Knowledge of pumps, pipework, valves, treatment equipment, lifting systems and associated mechanical plant.
• Experience managing subcontractors, procurement and project delivery.
• HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• CSCS Card and driving licence.
• Water sector and AE/AP experience would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate mechanical engineering activities across the full project lifecycle for a water pumping station.
• Manage technical submissions, drawings and procurement schedules.
• Review mechanical equipment specifications, procurement packages and subcontractor submissions.
• Coordinate mechanical plant.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning and technical queries.
• Manage subcontractors and support project review meetings.
• Assist with variations, valuations, cost control and commercial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with client, health & safety and quality requirements.
• Support the Project Manager and deputise when required.
