Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee prestigious commercial projects across London. You will lead mechanical packages from pre-construction to handover, manage project teams and maintain senior client relationships within a Tier 1 contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical building services project management.
• Senior Project Manager experience or equivalent leadership on large packages.
• Strong background in commercial fit-out and shell & core projects.
• Proven ability to manage large project teams and subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of project financials and commercial awareness.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to final handover.
• Manage Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Managers and subcontractors.
• Oversee project budgets, commercial performance and cost control.
• Ensure mechanical installations are delivered in line with programme and project specifications.
• Coordinate design development, procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Manage client relationships and attend senior project meetings.
• Identify and manage commercial risks, variations and change control.
• Monitor project progress and implement solutions to maintain delivery targets.
• Ensure high standards of quality, health and safety throughout project delivery.
