Qualifications

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Plumbing, Refrigeration and AC (6187).
• Electrical qualifications desirable.
• Experience with mechanical and HVAC systems in large buildings.
• Able to fault-find using electrical principles and BMS.
• Experience managing a large team with varying abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and general building services across the site.
• Supervise engineers, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
• Manage specialist contractors and HASAWA compliance.
• Work with client and stakeholders for smooth operation of the building.
• Utilise CAFM system to capture work output.
• Plan staff training and performance reviews.
