Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate mechanical estimates and tenders for HVAC, heating, ventilation and related services.
• Review tender docs, drawings and client requirements to set scope and identify omissions.
• Perform detailed take-offs and cost plans including labour, materials, plant and preliminaries.
• Analyse supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive bids meeting spec.
• Lead mechanical tender submissions from enquiry to adjudication.
• Mentor junior estimators and uphold estimating standards across the team.
