Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimator in Coventry to produce accurate and competitive estimates for mechanical services projects. You will work with the Pre-Construction Manager and project teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements, budget constraints and timelines.

Responsibilities include data analysis, supplier engagement, and bid finalisation, with a focus on delivering robust estimates while identifying risks and opportunities to add value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator or similar role in construction/mechanical services.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, installations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for mechanical installations, repairs and maintenance projects.
• Review tender docs and specifications to develop comprehensive costings.
