Job summary

EXPEDITE RECRUITMENT SERVICES LIMITED in Bristol is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support a growing MEP team on a mix of projects including commercial, residential and education. You will lead engineering tasks, mentor junior staff and coordinate with external designers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Mechanical Building Services design experience.
• Ideally hold an industry relevant degree.
• CEng or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineer on multiple projects across hotels, motor showrooms, universities, schools and high-end residential developments.
• Mentor and manage other engineers.
• Help grow the Bristol office and team.
• Liaise with clients and external design teams.
• Prepare site surveys and attend site visits.
• Coordinate with external design teams.

ERS are partnered with one of Bristol’s most exciting up and coming MEP consultancies who are growing their Bristol team following a successful first half of 2025. A team currently made up of 5 engineers, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support a Principal engineer and a Director on a variety of project sectors including commercial, residential and education.
