• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building-services design.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical building-services design across all project stages from concept to construction.
• Manage projects against budgets, programmes, scopes and quality standards.
• Establish client briefs and define technical requirements with deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Support sustainability-related projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
