Qualifications

• Significant experience in a related field with high-level technical competency.
• Ability to create and develop innovative ideas.
• Experience in preparing project documentation and reports.
• Demonstrable success in managing stakeholders effectively.
• Strong understanding of BS8888 and ISO-GPS (ISO 8015).
• Proficient in checking technical drawings per BS8888 and ISO 8015.
• Deep experience in design, manufacture, material selection, welding, fabrication, and machining techniques.
• Familiarity with DFMEA and PFMEA is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and challenge requirements for existing waste containers.
• Assist with engineering activities as directed by the Engineering Manager.
• Provide mentorship to Senior Engineers and Designers.
• Support in defining product requirements.
• Guide understanding of tolerances on interface drawings.
• Help compile Component Requirements Documents.
• Support site surveys and produce/review survey reports.
• Assist in Design and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis.
• Check drawings and documents for accuracy.
• Identify and apply Lessons Learned from Experience for technical tasks.
