Conduct functional analysis, modeling, and simulation to validate performance. Define and execute verification activities in collaboration with the Verification team, ensuring compliance through rigorous testing.
  • Ensure Compliance & Quality – Maintain engineering excellence throughout the SMR project lifecycle. Conduct technical reviews, provide key inputs to project technical review gates, and ensure designs meet regulatory and safety standards.
  • Support Strategy & Risk Management – Participate in capacity planning and contribute to long‑term strategic goals. Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and support decision‑making to enhance project success.
  • Develop & Share Knowledge – Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices. Develop training materials and tools to support knowledge sharing across teams. Provide expert advice to project teams and integrated product teams (IPT).
