Job summary

Assystem is seeking a technically skilled professional to support requirements capture and engineering activities within high-regulation nuclear projects in the United Kingdom. The role involves mentorship, defining engineering requirements, tolerances on interface drawings, and contributing to DFMEA/PFMEA analyses.

You will review drawings, compile documents, and support site surveys while applying lessons learned to technical tasks.

Qualifications

• High-level technical competency and significant experience in a related field.
• HNC (minimum).
• Ability to create and develop new ideas.
• Experience in preparing project documentation, processes, and reports.
• Demonstrable success in managing stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of BS8888 and ISO-GPS (ISO 8015).
• Ability to check technical drawings per BS8888 and ISO 8015.
• Deep experience in design, manufacture, material selection, welding, fabrication, and machining techniques.
• FMEA knowledge: Familiarity with DFMEA and PFMEA.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
